Resurrecting the forgotten gems of golden age hip-hop, paying tribute to the Wu-Tang gods! Iβm creating fan-made albums packed with hidden, unreleased, and rare tracks
I just finished listening to the new Nas & DJ Premier album and Iβm not even gonna front that shit hit me emotionally. Almost teared up.
The album front to back is gritty, melodic, raw. Pure New York energy. No skips. No filler. Just real hip-hop executed at the highest level. NY State of Mind pt3 wtf they did with this track? So π₯π₯π₯
Iβm gonna grumble about this again, but when I hear βforget about the 90s,β βboom bap is dead,β βyouβre stuck in a box,β to me it sounds like βforget about hip-hop.β This album is a punch in the face to that whole mindset. Living proof that the foundation never died. It just waits for the right hands.
I knew Nas and Premier wouldnβt disappoint. I felt the same thing when I heard DJ Premier & Ransom because letβs be honest: production is 60%, lyrics are 40%. Always has been. And when the beats are right, Nasβ pen is untouchable. Top-tier. Timeless.
Boom bap isnβt gone. Hip-hop isnβt gone. Some people just stopped listening.
Nas and DJ Premierβs βLight-Yearsβ is finally dropping this Fridayβ¦ and with that hitting the same moment weβve got new Czarface heat on the horizon, it really puts everything into perspective.
People love to say βforget the 90sβ or act like the foundation is outdated. But the truth is simple: a real, well-oiled genre never dies. The styles built on skill, grit, and craftsmanship outlive every trend. Only the weak in-between genres die quick, the ones that pop for a moment, get hype, then vanish because they were never built to last.
Premier already showed with Ransom that boom bap can still break ribs in 2025. And 7L with the Czar-Keys is carrying some of the best, if not the best hip hop production today. Thatβs the type of music that doesnβt fade. It evolves but never loses its spine.
Czarface just dropped some fresh news, so let me quote them fully:
βNew CZARFACE music in 2026! Stay tuned, just wanted to thank you all for rocking with us the way you have, shouts to everyone sharing their streaming listsβ¦ weβre very thankful to be in your rotation π one of our craziest records is on the horizon #2026#Czarfaceβ
Craziest record?? Ayoβ¦ should we be expecting a Czarface vs Wu-Tang album? Whatever they about to release, I canβt wait. Czarface always comes with that wild, creative chamber energy.
Alright fam, listen up - stay ready and donβt blink. This Spiderman album Iβm building is about to hit the streets like a riot. Pure underground fire, the kind of heat real Wu monks and street warriors been starving for.
Iβm in the lab stitching this together, turning Deckβs hardest moments into one heavy project.
Big shout out to Strum, the wizard behind these beats!
That pic feels like stepping into the lost Wu temple of sound, you can almost hear those grimy RZA beats echoing through the walls, that raw unpredictable energy only Wu had. RZAβs sound was chaos and genius mixed - ancient and futuristic at once.
But why, with so many fans starving for that sound, he doesnβt make beats like that anymore? The world still needs that sound - RZA, listen to us! βͺ@rza1235β¬ Right people? We need that boom bap, not these electric modern beats with no soul. Get back to the roots, bring back them dusty samples - like you did for six straight albums, pure Wu magic! π₯π½
π₯ Just copped this classic - Fu-Schnickens with Shaquille OβNeal (Shaq-Fu) β βWhatβs Up Doc? (Can We Rock?)β πΏ
Manβ¦ I still remember the first time this video hit MTV back in the 90s. I had my VHS ready and recorded it the moment it came on. That energy was insane - the flow, the charisma, the moves, and seeing Shaq spitting bars?! π€― My mind was blown.
This was that era when hip hop was fun, wild, and full of character.
Mass Appeal got the streets buzzing - Nas & DJ Premier finally dropping their collab, and Big L - Harlemβs Finest: Return of the King hits October 31.
And just when you think it canβt get any betterβ¦ π₯ RZA back with Bobby Digital Presents: The Jiuce Crew. That new Big Daddy Kane βOpen Ya Eyeβ track is fire - RZAβs production on it is so damn goodπ
I donβt know who lit the Wu signal in the sky, but ever since that Once Upon a Time in Shaolin noise started buzzinβ againβ¦ I peeped a spike in subs! π
So first off.. welcome to all the new fam tappinβ in. Respect for pullinβ up. You in the right spot if you love them dusty crates, lost tapes, and that real Wu-Tang essence. To my day ones, peace to all the Wu Heads out there! If you know a real one who still rocks Wallabees in the summer, or quotes Deck bars like scriptures, put βem on to the channel. Every Wu Head should be here, word is bond. π₯
Now for the next ill announcement: π Iβm bringinβ back the SPIDERMAN album by Inspectah Deck. Itβs gonna be dope but Iβm not rushinβ this one. I need time to do it RIGHT. Thinkinβ about it like RZA buildinβ a beat (shout-out to Strum) with kung-fu flicks playinβ in the background , precision over speed. π₯πΆ
So stay tapped in, stay patient, and keep that Wu flag flyinβ. And remember: If youβre not on this channel yetβ¦ ya third eye might be blind, son. π§ ποΈ
Queensbridge legends just announced a brand-new album and itβs already sounding insane. Two joints are out now- βAgainst the Worldβ and βTaj Mahalβ and both are straight bangers.
If these two tracks are any hint, this might be the album of the year. Rest in Power Prodigy, his presence is felt all over this. Havoc keeping the legacy alive.
π₯ Dropping through Mass Appeal, the indie powerhouse co-founded by Nas. Mass Appealβs been on a serious run lately, putting out heavyweight projects from Raekwon and Ghostface Killah, and now theyβre giving Havoc and Mobb Deep the shine they deserve. New York State of Real Hip Hop!
