We’re a family-run training and safety company delivering practical, confidence-building training across the UK. Our channel is all about making first aid, safety, and security easy to understand, relatable, and real-world — no medical background needed.

As an approved training provider with FAA and QNUK, we deliver hands-on courses including first aid, mental health awareness, fire safety, manual handling, and security training for individuals and organisations of all sizes — from offices and schools to construction sites, venues, and community groups.

Alongside training, we also provide experienced event and security teams, including Door Supervisors, Close Protection, Dog Handlers, Event Medics, Fire Marshals, Safety Teams, and full event management — keeping people safe while events run smoothly.
