We are Niladri and Ritu. One of our favourite ways to spend time together, is to cook. MEALS and MEMORIES is an inventory of our Memories, made in Kitchen!

We're a Bengali couple from Calcutta, India. Calcutta, a city more than 300 years old has a very rich history of a variety of cuisines. It has been home to people from different regions and ethnicities who have brought with them their culture and food to this beautiful city. From British, to Chinese, to Tibetan, to Mughals, we've embraced all.
