Jose Tolosa is a seasoned CEO and transformation leader with deep expertise in scaling creative, globally-minded businesses. From 2022 to 2025, he served as CEO of Meow Wolf, guiding its evolution into a transmedia platform with new exhibitions in Texas, expansion into digital and gaming, and recognition as the first B-Corp in themed entertainment. Under his leadership, Meow Wolf earned a spot on Fast Company’s World’s 50 Most Innovative Companies. Previously, Jose held senior roles at ViacomCBS, including Chief Transformation Officer and COO of Viacom International, overseeing strategy, innovation, and global operations.
