World Narcissistic Abuse Awareness Day: June 1, 2023. Please read through the slides. Educate yourself on what narcissistic abuse actually is. Support those who are going through it with a tremendous amount of empathy, compassion, kindness, patience and grace!

For my fellow survivors, PLEASE be incredibly kind, patient, compassionate, and gentle with yourself because this is a psychological warfare according to Sam Vaknin who coined the term and definition of narcissistic abuse.

As someone who has been through it, I have done my inner healing work and continue growing myself. I believe that by implementing multiple nervous system regulation techniques such as diaphragmatic breathing, tapping, essential oils, emdr, breathwork, mindfulness, and visualization, that they have accelerated my healing. I would be honored to share them with you as well.

I am passionate about helping people heal from all types of emotional trauma, narcissistic abuse, codependency, and c-ptsd. I will walk the fiery uphill road with you and help you find yourself again, love yourself again, and set yourself free from being stuck in your painful and devastating past while taking small, attainable steps forward every day to start living a joy-filled life, in a much stronger, more purposeful, intentional, and powerful way than ever before.
