Reigning from Darlington, SC, Robert Anthony is a Singer/Songwriter who is an original artist that sings from the soul over a sound that fuses Soul, R&B, and Gospel.
His musical influences include the likes of Toni Braxton, Whitney Houston, Patti LaBelle, Luther Vandross, Donny Hathaway, Al Green, Marvin Gaye, and Aretha Franklin. His passion for music was born as a youth during the early 80’s while growing up listening to all types of music from R&B to Gospel. R&B music in the early 90’s became the soundtrack to Robert’s years in High School.
Robert Anthony’s debut CD, “Aquarius” is a compilation of songs written and Executive Produced by Robert Anthony under his 2877 Music Group Label. Other Composers and Producers include Stanley Patrick, Christian Ahmed, and Kenneth Paryo.
Released August 23, 2021, Aquarius brings back that 90’s R&B feel and gives you a glimpse into the life of Robert Anthony.
