Private Charters can have a maximum of 15 passengers.

You can only rent that boat included a Licensed captain. Our boats have all of the required safety equipment on board for 25 passengers. A Coast Guard Certificate of Inspection is required for any vessel that is carrying more than six passengers for hire on U.S. navigable waters,so you can feel confident that you are hiring a reputable charter with proper safety inspections, licenses,and insurances.
