There is a shift taking place. We are awakening. We know something is happening but we don't always know how to navigate the changes. This channel contains a few tools for awakening from Lila Hum.
Lila Hum is certified yoga teacher, ordained metaphysical minister & energy shifter. Her journey began as a small child who inadvertently discovered deep meditation as an escape from abuse. Having always had an interest in the unseen and unexplained, she began having out of body experiences before learning to speak and discovered that she was able to sense and feel energy in a way that most people couldn't. This ability strengthened through the years. She eventually received a regents scholarship to ASU for religious studies and got ordained. A series of intense life changing experiences brought her to the first of several "awakenings," beginning most notably in 2005. She now helps people through the shift in consciousness we are currently experiencing, teaching her "religion" of LOVE.
