* 저는 매일 맛있는 저 칼로리 음식을 넉넉히 먹으며 별로 힘들지 않게 3개월 동안 8kg 감량에 성공했습니다! 물론 매일 1 시간 정도 집에서 요가 매트 위에서 드라마나 영화 보며 스트레칭도 하고 걷다 뛰다 하는 운동도 했습니다. 그동안 제가 했던 체증 감량 방법은 배고프고 힘들고 또 배고프고 안 먹어서 대변 보기도 엄청 괴로웠던 기억 이였죠. 저 칼로리 음식 체중감량 방법은 배안고프게 쉽게 성공할수 있어 사람들과 공유하고자 이 채널을 만들게 되었습니다. 현재는 -10kg 뺃어요.
* I was able to lose 18 lb after 3 months diet. There was no fighting the hunger pangs, my diet was so easy with enough tasty food. I also exerciesd 1 hour every day consisting of streching, running in place and jumping jacks on my yoga mat at home while whaching movies~ Well, now I would like to share my exprience and recpies with you~ I hope you succeed!!
