Quick podcast update! I just switched podcast teams and got a new manager (lots of exciting things for the future of the Are You Menstrual? Podcast), but doing this mid-season means a bit of a delay in the video version of the podcast. It should be up by Wednesday though! This week it's a deep dive into potassium. You can still listen on Apple Podcasts or Spotify (or anywhere podcasts are found) if you don't want to wait for the video version here.

Here's what's coming for our Youtube community in the coming weeks:
1. Timestamps! A lot of you have requested this and it is coming. We will go back to all of this season's episodes and add timestamps as well.
2. Additional content! We will be breaking up the podcasts into shorter videos and posting those throughout the week. A lot of the topics I cover are dense, so listening more than once helps, and getting them in shorter chunks makes it easier to grasp concepts.

That's it for now! I have more planned for the future but this mid-season change has opened up more opportunities to serve you all. I'm excited and hope you are too!

I have a very exciting announcement for those that listen to the Are You Menstrual? Podcast!!!

Also, hi! I have never posted on my community page because I honestly didn't know it was a thing. I've been stuck in my Instagram bubble, but I am excited to hopefully connect with my Youtube community more.

Back to the announcement! I am starting a patreon for the Are You Menstrual? Podcast! This is something I've been wanting to do for a long time, so I can dig deeper into certain topics like case studies and labs.

The patreon will be live on February first (I'll share the link in a post like this one) and will have my first resource available, which is a functional lab test ranges document. It goes through your typical blood panels your doctor would order (metabolic, CBC, iron, cholesterol, thyroid, and some blood sugar markers) and shares what the functional ranges are as well as what high or low values may mean. This is a beast of a resource and I can't wait to share!

Here are some more details outlined in the images below in case you don't want to swipe:

What You Get:
-Weekly bonus episodes that accompany the podcast and dig deeper into case studies, understanding lab values, etc.
-PDF resources that organize the information from the episode into tangible takeaways that you can start applying right after you listen.
-Q&A's with myself and experts I bring into the community.

How Much It Costs:
We have two tiers!

1. Hormone Healers: $10 a month
This level gets each bonus episode and any downloadable resources for the month they sign up for.

2. Exclusive Hormone Healers: $20 a month
This level gets access to all content I've ever shared on the patreon (all bonus episodes, PDFS, and Q&A's) plus they get to participate in Q&A's by leaving a voicemail question inside patreon.

If you've enjoyed my podcast and want a place to continue learning more that provides resources for your healing journey, I hope to see you inside!
