Hello everyone. Joe here, I am finally fit and healthy again after 20 months of injuries, sickness and being a pussy!
Last year was a F'king disaster, In Jan 2024 I broke 2 ribs rolling with my coach, in March I popped my hamstring attempting stupid kicks training for my 1st degree TKD blackbelt grading, in August i damaged my MCL rolling with a white belt.... I then developed the Hydrocele (ruptured testicle) from my little boy constantly kicking me in the dick! after 2 surgeries and 10 month of no training, I AM FINALLY FIT AND HEALTHY!!! All old injuries seem to be healed up and I am back in the gym 5 times a week trying to get some conditioning back before returning to MMA training... or I will snap all over again!

This bring me to now.... Where do we go with this channel?
Sadly, Brad is out!
He simply lives too far away from me to make any filming possible. I will miss the banter and skills that he brings but I cannot rely on him as I haven't seen him since June!

So I am open to suggestions and ideas.

Hello loyal subs. Sorry for the long absence.
Today I (Joe) had a corrective operation to fix a Hydrocele that had developed over the last year. A hydrocele is a large amount of fluid that has collected around my testicles! Not a fun operation. My right nut was 10 times the normal size!!
I have 6 weeks of recovery ahead of me and then hopefully I can get back on the mats training... and all being well FILMING AGAIN !! 🎥🎥🎥💪🏼

So we've had almost a year off, no plans for any new content just yet, but... Joe is off to Orlando Florida next week for 10 days, and will be meeting up with the legend Rob from McdojoLife for a day of filming! Excited to finally meet a guy I've spoken with for almost 5 years.

I know we've been off the air for a long time. I'm hoping to change that soon but circumstances just aren't freeing up much time to make the content you all deserve. I don't want to make basic 1 shot videos/reactions/commentary any more but finding the time to do multi day projects is hard with a new baby and Brad living 80 miles away!
