Hello loyal subs. Sorry for the long absence. Today I (Joe) had a corrective operation to fix a Hydrocele that had developed over the last year. A hydrocele is a large amount of fluid that has collected around my testicles! Not a fun operation. My right nut was 10 times the normal size!! I have 6 weeks of recovery ahead of me and then hopefully I can get back on the mats training... and all being well FILMING AGAIN !! 🎥🎥🎥💪🏼
