My name is Emily Mottershead. I am a secondary school-trained teacher with over 20 years of experience in the first aid industry. I left classroom teaching to follow my passion for educating as many people as possible in vital life-saving skills.

In my spare time, I volunteer as a First Responder with the London Ambulance Service and deliver first aid courses across London and Kent. To reach an even wider audience, I have also developed online courses and launched this YouTube channel.
