Sticks and Stones BJJ
Michael McInally is the Owner of Sticks and Stones Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He received his black belt from Master Roberto Traven. The gym is located in Lake City, FL and has an 'all are welcome' policy for visitors. Michael has won PAN's and World's Master as well as several IBJJF Open tournaments. He is still an active competitor as long as he possibly can. Training for more than a decade he has dedicated his life to spreading the love of BJJ to the next generation.
