Howdy!
Welcome to Keller's Grillzebo! I'm Eric Keller! I've always loved to cook, but over the past few years, I've gained a passion for grilling and smoking. Currently, I cook with a Pit Boss 1150 Pro Series pellet smoker, a Char-Griller Grand Champ XD offset stick burner, and an Expert Grill charcoal grill that my kids bought me for Father's Day, about 10 years ago. I had an Okie Joe Highland offset, but I gave it to one of my son's friends when I got my pellet smoker. After a while, I got the stick-burner itch again and bought the XD.

I use this channel as an avenue to share some general education about my experiences with cooking with wood, charcoal, and pellets, along with dealing with issues that may arise from these cooking devices. I'm no expert, so please feel free to share your experiences with me, as I feel we can all learn from each other.
