Hi and welcome! My name is Amy and I am a qualified yoga and mat pilates instructor. I my myself have been practicing for 10+ years and teaching for 5.
Here you will find low impact workouts, gentle somatic yoga flows and meditations to help you with your own movement and wellness practices. I know how hard it can be to find time for yourself and that yoga and pilates studios can be somewhat intimidating - my own practice began with youtube due to an unusual work schedule.
You don't need a big space, lots of equipment or hour's of time to get benefits from a movement practice. As a busy working mum myself my aim is to share videos you can complete in 30 minutes or less to have you feeling open and strong in your body and hopefully find a moment of stillness in your mind.
