I was thinking early this morning about how much life can change in such a short time if
we decide to turn our ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ฆ into ๐ก๐๐๐๐ฆ!
It wasnโt that long ago that I wasnโt too sure about the trajectory of my health. I was tired, overweight, overwhelmed and just felt like I
was fighting a losing battle. I went on the four โmajor weight-lossโ programs and lost some weight, too! But each time, the weight
returned plus a little more. I always wanted
to be โan afterโ but I wasnโt sure if that would ever happen for me.
After I had, what the doctors treated as a โstrokeโ in 2004, I wanted to get healthyโฆnot get to a certain number on the scale or dress size. I wanted to live a healthy lifestyle void of crazy diets!
I could have continued to hope that some
day my health would change...
or I could ๐ฟ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ถ๐๐.
Just make the decision to do it! I had to stop making excuses and thinking of all the reasons not to and just go for it. You have dreams,
goals & desires in your heart. Decide today, right now to pursue them. I believe you are reading this post for ๐๐๐๐ ๐ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ ๐๐๐๐.
So let this be your sign to begin.
