Certification of this institution exceeded the National Fitness Leaders Advisory Council guidelines in personal, strength, and aerobics training. Tony has also completed the Triphasic training by Cal Dietz who has been the head Olympic Strength and Conditioning coach from the University of Minnesota and Dr Ben Peterson who is the head of player health and performance for the San Francisco 49ers.
