TATKAAR Kathak Dance Institute is a pure Kathak Dance Training Institute. Having its rich lineage with Jaipur Gharana, the Institute has been working on spreading the cultural heritage of India for more than five years. Tatkaar focuses on developing expertise in Kathak along with attainment of academic recognition in form of degree courses like Prathama, Dvitiya and so on. Alongside conducting regular classes at various locations, the institute has produced several mythological dance dramas including Mandodari, Danveer Kaarn, Meera Bai and Sita to name a few.
Tatkaar Kathak Institute is headed by Smt. Shikha Chhangani, who holds a Visharad degree in Kathak and has been in the industry for well over a decade now. Founded in Ahmedabad, India and with over 3 branches in the city, Tatkaar Kathak Institute has classes running in Melbourne, Australia as well.
