New Zealand's self proclaimed favorite private chef finally has a Youtube channel. Here I’ll be sharing in depth videos that show what really goes into a day in the life, not just the highlight reels you have seen on instagram and TikTok.

Or you may know me as the "sourdough guy." Having ran up to 80 "WILL IT SOURDOUGH?" reels, I thought its about time I share with you how YOU can make some of those crazy sourdough flavors yourself.

I'll also be sharing more of my day off up at Brodie's, our holiday home in the far north of New Zealand where we live remotely out of shipping container homes. We're constantly building and making improvements around the property. Including container home extensions, fruits orchards and more.
