I landed in Haneda in 2010 on a tourist visa with no job, two suitcases, and just $2,000.

Fast forward to today - I paved my way into leading talent acquisition for the Japan HQ of Walt Disney Company Japan and served as APAC HR for Amazon Japan.

In my journey, I've screened 100,000+ resumes, conducted 1,200+ interviews, and been involved in 200+ hires.

Today, I take my decade of experience in Japan job market and help mid-career professionals land their first job in Japan with no Japanese and outside from Japan.
