Namastey beautiful people, I am Anup Panthi, from Nepal, a practitioner of Nada Yoga, Sound Healing and a meditator for almost 13 years now.
Whenever I would get some spare time I would sneak out with my singing bowls, gongs, chimes etc to the Himalayas and spend days.
A friend gave me an idea to open youtube and share some of the recordings of meditation, mantras and sound healing sessions, so here I am ..
Here I aim to give you sound recorded just as it was, without tweaking anything, so the sound in this channel may not be as crisp and loud as other channels but I like to keep it natural. For that, I am trying to use the best sound equipments possible within my budget.
You can think of sounds in this channel like that of an organic apple, not so sweet, juicy, shiny, or appealing but a bit sour, tangy and rough but as Natural as it can get.

lama zopa rinpoche - The power of mantras
When making the offering, besides saying the mantra, it is a good thing to dedicate not only to the Buddha but to all sentient beings, so that they can quickly attain enlightenment.
So even the simple act of pouring a little water into a bowl covers all sentient beings; you have rendered a service to an infinite number of beings and therefore the benefits are endless. It's so easy this way.
While lighting a candle, you can think:
“Making this offering of light, may the ignorance of all sentient beings be burned and destroyed
and may the light of transcendent wisdom shine forever in their minds".
Think that their every dualistic thought is consumed by the flames of wisdom that realizes the vacuum.
This type of offer is very effective.
And, of course, if your offer is imbued with the mind of enlightenment, of bodhicitta, then it becomes extremely powerful.

Dear friends, Some of you have expressed a desire to support me financially, and many of you also donate through comments. However, as we know, YT deducts big amount credited to my account.
Some of you have suggested that I create a PayPal account, but unfortunately, PayPal is not available in Nepal.
At the moment, I do not have any alternative options apart from sharing my bank details, which I cannot post publicly. Until we find other methods, the only way is for me to share my bank details privately with those who wish to contribute.

Announcement!! If you guys remember we did a 108-voice mantra of om namah shivaya a few years ago.. I am planning for the medicine Buddha mantra this time. I now need around 45 voices more. If you are interested Kindly drop a mail with the subject " Medicine 108" at anupscore@gmail.com with your full name and country so that I can tag you once I compiled the mantra. Remember this is going to be a non-musical mantra. I will send you a brought recording of my voice, you will need to record it in a quiet place with anything phone, mic etc and send me in the same frequency or its high or low octaves, you can also do it in the fifths if you wish.
