Noël's work explores the concept of layers and how we perceive physical and non physical, both visually and intellectually.

As we stand on the threshold of a new world of technological, cultural and societal change, I am fascinated by how these things are influencing the collective and individual psyche of the Human species, and the existential fallout that lies therein.
For me art is about the juxtaposition of artist and viewer engaging one another through the subject matter, as a window that allows each side to engage in a multifaceted dialogue of unspoken exchange, in a way that transcends verbal communication, to trigger the multiple levels of, mind, body, spirit, and subconscious stimulation.

The combination of my conceptual ideas is manifested in varying treatment of shape, line and color along with the inclusion of the recognizable human form/body.
