I also share my personal journey with histamine intolerance, chemical sensitivities, and chronic health challenges. After years of searching for answers, I discovered that many of the symptoms I experienced were connected to sensitivities that are often misunderstood, overlooked, or misdiagnosed.
My hope is to help raise awareness, educate, and support those who may be struggling with unexplained symptoms, feeling unheard, or searching for answers. Histamine intolerance and chemical sensitivities are more common than many people realize, and identifying them can be life-changing.
