Since its establishment in 1996, KACE (Korean American Civic Empowerment) continues to be one of the most active organizations in the Asian American community working in voting rights issues and more!
Our mission is to empower the Korean American community by promoting civic participation. Our goal is to empower the Korean American community to become one of the most responsible and respected members of American society. For that goal, KACE conducts joint and cooperative civic actions among Korean Americans to:
– Advocate voting rights for Korean Americans in the Greater New York area;
– Educate and cultivate future community leaders;
– Strengthen Korean American community’s solidarity with Korea; and
– Serve as the central coordination and resource body to address community concerns and interests.
