Hello, my name is Florenza, I grew up with my grandparents and it is through their teaching that I learn the secrets of cooking and genuine living. It is with my grandfather that I spend afternoons in the country and it is with him that I learn about and cultivate plants, the garden and the fruits of the earth.
Today I am a mother of two and I dedicate myself entirely to my family, running, as I often say, a small business: my husband, our children and the house.
My family is very demanding and I strive to satisfy everyone. I spend most of my time in the kitchen because I enjoy it and it gives me satisfaction to make those who eat happy.
I have always been attached to genuine gastronomic traditions and I often reproduce recipes that my grandmothers and my mother taught me as a child, but what I love most about cooking is experimenting with new things, and that is how the idea for this channel came about...
