I’m Stacie. I’m a trainer and a mom, and I built Snatched by Stacie because I know what it feels like to disappear in the middle of life. I was tired of carrying everything for everyone else and feeling like I had nothing left for me.
This channel is for women who are busy, drained, or just trying to feel good in their bodies again. You’ll find workouts that are quick, and realistic. I create full body sessions that fit into a schedule that already feels full.
I also share the Snatched Lounge where I talk through motherhood, burnout, and routines that bring you back to yourself. You’ll see pieces of my real life too, because I want you to know that you’re not the only one balancing kids, work, and a body you’re still learning how to care for.
