I got my wake up call and started exercising in Nov 2009 after falling to depression due to lack of work life balance. I can't emphasize enough how getting a healthy outlet such as exercising and eating healthy alone can change my life.

My perception of life has changed significantly and I am able to handle stress a lot better.

I was a couch potato before so I started very slowly by doing Jillian Michaels 30 min workout in my living room. I also did a lot of youtube videos & fitness challenge such as 100 push ups. Once I got a bit fitter, I tried some fitness regimen such as Krav Maga, Crossfit, and Kickboxing.

I started taking cardio kickboxing classes in November 2010. I found that I love punching and kicking the bags and it released a lot of stress. In August 2011, I took it to the next level and I started doing Muay Thai and I fall in love with the arts.

I am now preparing for my first amateur fight.
