On this channel I post the video form of my podcast Holistic Connections: Conversations with holistic practitioners podcast each Sunday - also found on podcast platforms. (see my linktree for direct links below)

I try to post another video not related to the podcast mid-week. Where I discuss different topics usually related to self care, mental health, sometimes just some thoughts or peeking down a rabbit hole for some deeper discussion.
(Sometimes more of a vlog type of video)
