I'm David, and I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey of awakening and growth through meditation. Whether you're just beginning to question what lies beneath the surface of daily life or you're deep into your spiritual practice, this channel is for anyone ready to live with greater purpose and presence. And by spiritual, I just mean that sense of sacred connection and awe to the universal mystery of life.

I've had the privilege of sharing these teachings through my Meditation School app, my book The 7 Energies of The Soul, podcasting, at Cornell, and with millions of students on Insight Timer. But the real magic happens in community, and hopefully that includes this YouTube channel.
