The Association for Free Tamil Eelam (AFTE) is a non-profit, non-partisan, and non-violent civil society organisation dedicated to promoting the rights, dignity, and political aspirations of the Eelam Tamil people through peaceful, lawful, and evidence-based engagement.
AFTE raises international awareness by engaging with governments, the UN, the EU, legal bodies, and civil society, guided by principles of transparency, democracy, and non-partisanship.
