I created this YouTube Channel feeling there were insufficient guidance, education and hand-holding
when it came to conveying valuable, pertinent, crucial and critical information to the sellers, investors,
buyers and even prospective tenants. Even more important, there are not enough Real Estate Brokers,
Associate Brokers and Salespeople (basic agents) consultants in the industry who focus on providing
consumers what they need and want within their specific budgets.
It is extremely important to be a teacher for your clients who will need to navigate the tumultuous and
many times challenging process from their initial search for homes, townhomes, HOAs, condos, coops,
commercial properties, strip centers, malls, retail, restaurant, office space locations and even
international investments, second and vacation homes and whatever else they might desire.
Being a mentor representing their best interests will make their journey more favorable, enjoyable and
