Funky Qla
Sphamandla Qiniso Ngema better known by his stage name Funky Qla. Born in Durban, Umlazi Township in the KwaZulu Natal province. The self proclaimed #FreshPrinceOfGqom has been cooking hits since 2011 but gained traction in the year 2016 when he produced “Konke Kuhamba Kahle” that featured in “Durban’s Finest” (DJ Tira & DJ Sox) Reloaded album. He has also worked with the likes of Que from Distruction Boyz and Madanon.
His latest musical offerings are Summer Banger EP with Dlala Thukzin released in 2021 and High End released in 2022. He's set to release his 2023 project titled DARK OR DURBAN with the hot lead single titled "Uyingozi" a collaboration with Kususa, Zaba and Argento Dust.
