Home cooking, the one that we can bring to the table every day for our family with common ingredients that can be found in most supermarkets; recipes always well explained, with all the clear steps and directions to get straight to the stove.
In this channel you will find traditional recipes. Of the Tuscan one, to start, but also recipes from all over Italy (I love Sicilian cuisine, to say ...) or from the world. I propose on the channel the recipes that I like to cook, the ones that intrigue me and that, I think, may also appeal to others.
Follow me if, like me, you are in favor of a varied diet, as healthy as possible, but without missing some "extravagance" from time to time, because ... there is also that!
