We move all around the mat in this strong, creative sequence that challenges balance, coordination, and full-body strength.

New class out today! This one is a little different.

It’s a strength workout specifically for yogis designed to help you build strength for your yoga practice.

7 exercises
1 minute rest between rounds
2–4 rounds total depending on your energy.

We do the first two rounds together, and you can keep going if you want more.

It’s a longer practice (70 minutes), designed to build endurance and full-body strength. Save it for a day when you have time to linger and move with focus.

Welcome! This channel offers weekly Sunday yoga practices designed to support your body where it is today.

Classes rotate through three levels of difficulty (1–2, 2, and 2–3) so you can build strength, mobility, and confidence over time. The practices are meant to be realistic, repeatable, and sustainable. Progress becomes evident with repetition, attention, and consistency.
