If you’ve ever bounced from diet to diet, felt guilty, or thought that you’ll never meet your goals – you are not alone. The diet culture instills a lot of fear. It treats a healthy lifestyle as an all-or-nothing process. But at our very core, we’re all juicy, feeling filled creatures called emotional beings.
Burgers To Beasts started as a creative outlet to share my expertise from my advanced education in nutrition from Harvard and personal experiences with a troubled food relationship.
My objective is to put you back in control of your health and happiness; and help you consistently practice the habits you adopt today, in the long run.
My aim is fourfold; help you make better food choices; break the stigma around mental health; encourage physical activity, and focus on stress management.
I wish for anyone who adopts our philosophy to live mindfully and feel great - because that’s something we all deserve no matter who we are, what we do or what our health history is. Love, Kripa
