That approach changed my body and my confidence, and it eventually led me to become a trainer. I’ve now been coaching for over 10 years and have helped thousands of people improve their health, strength, and mindset.

One of my personal training clients is seeing the fastest transformation in their life right now.

Every week we focus on workouts, nutrition, and mindset, and through our time working together I’ve been reminded of what separates those who succeed from those who struggle.

Success comes from being crystal clear on what you want, why you want it, and the values you stand for.

When you are clear, you don’t hesitate. You go all-in on your health and fitness goals without worrying about what anyone else thinks.

All fads that basically mean

“I’m not here to actually help you solve the real problem, so here’s something that will keep you busy and frustrated.”

The truth is
If you’ve ever lost weight before, even once, you already have proof that your body can change.

That means your problem isn’t that fat loss doesn’t work.

The problem is the system you’re following.

Most people jump from plan to plan, workout to workout, meal plan to meal plan, yet they never refine the one system that will actually create permanent results.

My biggest wins in life never came from financial gain, but from overcoming and striving.

Quitting porn and keeping it out of my life and sight—yeah, you might deny it affects you, but it does. It messes with your mind and your relationships.

Same thing with weed. I used to smoke 2–4 joints a day and told myself, “I’m one of the few who can still function.” And while that was partly true, it was also a lie.

Because yes—my knowledge was there, but my application was stuck at the same level. It was affecting how I implemented what I was learning. And that bleeds into everything.
