A Good Life at Gum Tree Acre

We are Kaine and Jenni 👋🏽👋🏻 A Kiwi guy and an American girl. We purchased our property in the hills of rural Victoria outside Melbourne in late 2023. Join us as we renovate our home among the gum trees and try to turn this rocky hillside into a native wildlife haven and sustainable vegetable gardens.

We are definitely not experts, but we are willing to roll up our sleeves and figure this out as we go. Sometimes our roadblocks are less from lack of know-how and more from the language barriers between American English and New Zealand English! But at least those keep us laughing!
