Welcome to Gapa’s Haitian Food. Our name originated from my granddaughters not being able to say grandma at a young age so they’d mix grandma and grandpa together which made Gapa. My new name! My channel is to help viewers experience the lovely Haitian cuisine that’s deserves attention. From a young age I learned to cook from my lovely mother let’s make her recipes together.
