Our brewery was founded in 2012 in the highlands of Nice, in the heart of the Comté de Nice region. The special feature of our brewery is its location in the mountains at the gateway to the Mercantour, in Saint Martin Vésubie (at an altitude of 1,000 m), where we benefit from natural spring water that is perfect in terms of taste and pH for brewing our beers, making them unique and inimitable.
Strongly attached to our heritage and passionate about brewing, our team currently consists of around twenty people, including 4 brewers.
The beers we offer are brewed in the tradition of traditional brewers, without colouring, filtration or pasteurisation - in other words, 100% craftbeer, 100% organic beer made with passion using the fabulous water of the Mercantour mountains!
