I recently graduated from Yale University where I played varsity football and majored in Psychology - focusing on how the application of leadership, emotional intelligence, and sports psychology can make teams and individuals better at what they do.
This channel is designed as to provide motivation, perspective, strategy, and tools to take you from where you are now to where you want to go.
At the end of the day, my mission is to lead and serve with infectious passion and positive energy to leave this world a little bit better than how I found it.
