Geoffrey Doig-Marx (GDM)- is currently a member of the faculty at Marymount Manhattan College (2000-Current), Montclair State University (2011-Present) and former teacher at Rider University/ARB’s Princeton Ballet School (2000-2018).
Geoffrey was the Founder/Artistic Director of The Mantis Project Dance Company (1995-2006) and was Founder/Artistic Director/Director of The Elan Awards (1999-2006.) He holds a B.A. from SUNY Empire State University in Musical Theatre Dance.
As a Producer, Geoffrey received a Certificate of Excellence in Cultural Achievement from the Manhattan Borough President office of The Mayor of New York City for his work with The Elan Awards. The Elan Awards have become a permanent part of the archives for The New York City Performing Arts Library.
