Cooking has been a passion of mine since I was a child. Having the opportunities to blend flavours of ingredients to create worldly foods has always been intriguing. I've been able to travel and work internationally, and create and taste interesting and unique dishes. My love for cooking led me to a career as a chef for over 25 years, and I'm excited to share some of my favourite dishes that I now enjoy preparing for my family, my friends, and for my catering clients.
Some of my favourite dishes come from my Russian background, and some from my favourite countries I've had the pleasure to visit and work at such as Israel, and Italy, and yet other dishes might consist of international recipes of dishes I really enjoy like Chinese and Japanese flavours.
