So I am curious what will be the difference in life after starting a minimalist life?

Then I decided to start my minimalist life with "Cooking and eating".

My cooking method is "simple, time-saving, and money-saving", of course, "delicious" is a must.
Don't buy too much, don't stock up on ingredients, cherish every ingredient in my hand.


I prefer simple food to luxurious meals.
I don't prefer the feeling of "overeating" now.

Cook well, taste it, and enjoy it quietly.
