Hi, I’m Mandy Lunn, a certified Pilates and Barre instructor and creator of Meta Lume Studio.
After stepping away from instructing barre classes for several months, I quickly noticed how much I’d lost — not just fitness, but energy, strength, and confidence. When I put on 20 lbs. in a short amount of time, I knew I needed to find my way back to movement and to make it sustainable.
I began teaching Barre classes again, online every weekday morning, and also started this channel, a space to share the workouts that help me rebuild and maintain my strength.

This space isn’t about perfection or performance, I’m not the most graceful or photogenic person, but it’s about showing up, moving mindfully, and feeling stronger day by day.
