In 2015, SPRAENG and DOOM PAÉRIGNON formed HAERDSMAELTA as a duo. A first ep ATOM HEART MOTHER FUCKERS was released in 2016, on Toanol Records. Thereafter, LOUISE MOULDERER entered the band. Two more ep's, THE WHITER ALBUM (2016) and GONE IN GRAY (2018) was released on Open Mind Records. The latter awarded at the Swedish Manifesto Gala in 2019.
In 2021, album ALL ALONE IN THE DANGER ZONE is released. New guitarist NICOLAS RUIN ART and drummer POL POT ROGER was lured into the band in 2022. In spring 2023, founding member SPRAENG left the band and was replaced by PHILIPPE DE NIHIL. In 2024, album GROUND ZERO ONE EIGTH is released. The first with the current line-up.
2026 marks a new era in the HAERDSMAELTA history. The band has teamed up with Swedish label ICONS CREATING EVIL ART. Four singles have been released during summer /fall of 2026. The new full-length album titled HEARDROCK is to be released in October. Tune in and drop dead!
