GRAZIE!! Thanks to some commenters my last week's video "HOW TO DO COFFEE IN ITALY" -- now I know the trick of mixing a bit of coffee with sugar and beating it, then adding it to the caffè. Che buonissimo!!! This was the BEST way to start my week. Buon lunedì, gli amici!

We've finally been upgraded to be able to travel within our region again (Zona Gialla, yay!). I'm spending the week in Bari recording the audiobook for CHEESE, WINE AND BREAD (out April 27!). Bari is famous for it's unique kind of Focaccia. It's got this crispy bottom and it's UNREAL. I'm eating as much as I can for Friday's video. Do you guys know about Bari's famous "Focaccia Barese?"
