I really want folks to take a look at what they are eating on a daily basis. Organic whole food really made a difference on how I felt, my mental clarity, and my physical condition. I lost weight, am gaining muscle and my mental focus is better than ever. I also do fasting throughout the week, 18-24 hour fast, as well exercise daily. Meditating /Prayer is daily as well.
