Welcome to my Channel TRINI YORKER,
As mentioned in one of my videos, I’m a Trinidadian by birth; migrated to New York in the early 90’s So I’m a Trinidadian living in New York, Hence the name Trini Yorker.
I am not a chef, but I’m very passionate about cooking and of course eating because as you know they both go hand in hand. I’ve always had an interest in cooking since I was a young boy growing up back in Trinidad. When I moved to New York; the energy all went away! As I got older and wiser however the zeal came back in full force to pursue what I love doing best!

As my Mom & Dad Celebrate today; I’d like to wish them a very Happy 50th. Anniversary of Marriage! God has blessed you guys to see this big number through thick and thin, ups and downs. Marriage is a sacred institution ordained by the master himself and in nowadays generations, some people don’t even make it to 5, if you dropped your zero(0)
