As mentioned in one of my videos, I’m a Trinidadian by birth; migrated to New York in the early 90’s So I’m a Trinidadian living in New York, Hence the name Trini Yorker.
I am not a chef, but I’m very passionate about cooking and of course eating because as you know they both go hand in hand. I’ve always had an interest in cooking since I was a young boy growing up back in Trinidad. When I moved to New York; the energy all went away! As I got older and wiser however the zeal came back in full force to pursue what I love doing best!
